After acting together in The Other Face (1997), Nicolas Cage and John Travolta can repeat the partnership in two film. According to New York magazine, the two should star in the indie films Shrapnel and Sean Trial.
The plot of Shrapnel follows two veterans involved in a deadly game of cat and mouse. The screenplay by Evan Daugherty Black List started in 2008 as one of the best scripts not filmed in Hollywood.
Sea Trial is another film, an adaptation of the eponymous novel by Frank De Felitta. The story follows two lovers who decide to escape for a few days on a Caribbean cruise, but go through horrible things on the ship and to complete latin music awards their husbands do not know where they are.
